ESHRE-certified clinic
We are extremely proud that our clinic is one of the first 10 clinics in Europe and the first in southern Poland to be awarded the ESHRE ART Centre Certification. There are only two other clinics in Poland that have been awarded this certificate.
The certification confirms that the highest standards of good clinical and laboratory practice are applied in our centre, the staff are constantly improving their skills and the organisation of work guarantees the safety and high quality of procedures.

ESHRE– European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology
is the most recognised association in Europe for physicians, embryologists, scientists and other professionals working in the field of infertility treatment. In Europe, ESHRE acts as an independent and objective certification body for medical personnel and infertility treatment centres.

Stage I – Documentation analysis
In the first stage of certification, the auditors thoroughly analysed, i.a.,
– all necessary authorisations and documents;
– the education, experience and training of our staff, primarily physicians, embryologists, diagnosticians and midwives;
– the medical and embryological procedures;
– treatment results;
– the medical records kept by the centre;
– work organisation;
– the layout and equipment of the centre;
– the media and disposable equipment in use;
– quality management at the centre.
Stage II – audit at the centre
The second stage of certification consisted of an inspection visit to the centre by experienced auditors: an infertility physician and a certified clinical embryologist.
During the on-site audit of the centre, the following were assessed:
– the embryological and medical procedures;
– layout;
– centre facilities;
– work organisation;
– safety and material identification at every stage of procedures.
The auditors assessed our staff during the course of all major medical and embryological procedures, closely observing every step of the procedure.
What does the certification mean for our patients?
Certification confirms that our centre applies the highest standards of good clinical and laboratory practice.ESHRE auditors (an infertility physician and a certified clinical embryologist) observed the most important procedures both in the embryology laboratory and in the treatment and transfer rooms.All documentation and procedures followed by our staff were thoroughly analysed.
The clinic offers not only state-of-the-art equipment and procedures, but above all competent and experienced staff. This is precisely why the ESHRE auditors attached great importance to getting to know our staff. They verified their education, professional experience and whether staff members are constantly improving their skills during external training courses and congresses.
The ESHRE auditors checked both documentation and practice in our clinic and concluded that the organisation of work in our centre guarantees the safety and high quality of the procedures performed. They recognised our investment in the purchase and implementation of the IMT Matcher electronic security system.
